Sisters of the Broom
I like the title of this piece! I'm not sure all that it could imply... I just like to think of it as a tiny Stitch Group! By
Notforgotten Farm, this is worked on any hand-dyed in just 4 colors of DMC floss -- 310, 422, 611 and 3021!
Quite open to mange and distress when you are finished with it.. I do like the spindly vines growing from the little pots, and the *Sisters* actually look pretty well-dressed! Finishes approx 9 x 15 on 30ct, offered as a chart. Just makes me smile! One of 4 designs we added today!
Jingle All The Way
Back in stock at The Silver Needle, this is a charming design. I like all the reindeer flying... I like the angles of the legs -- and how they mirror the trees. I like skinny Santa standing in the sleigh -- very unsafe -- check out his tree along for the ride! I like the block buildings down below -- they look so dark and sleepy.
Offered as a chart, this is stitched with a whopping 28 different colors of DMC! 144 x 144 Stitches... work this on any fabric you like, and distress with coffee or tea after stitching.
This is a neat little piece... a very primitive bird perched in a vine surrounded by a simple border.
Finishing approx 5-1/2 x 8 on Weeks Dye Works 30ct Parchment Linen, it is stitched with only DMC of 830, 611, 3021, 640 and 869.
Meant to be a drab and monochromatic color scheme... it now looks elegant!!! Presented as a chart.
All Hallows Eve
Bold Autumn colors, this is worked with 14 different shades of DMC.
Just a pretty piece, you'll definitely need to enlarge the chart -- as the symbols are too similar in value to tell apart easily. Other than that, it's fun!
Autumn at Notforgotten Farm
